Are the dungeons accessible for Disabled customers?
Yes, All the dungeons have wheelchair access, however certain rides are not suitable for disabled customers.

Is there any discount for disabled customers/carers?
Disabled customers can book online at full price and get Fast Track entry and the carer gains free entry. Disabled customers must show their disabled badge on entry to have their carer enter for free.

Can we use a discount voucher e.g. SMARTSAVE discount voucher card when booking online?
No, these vouchers cannot be used to pre-book tickets via www.thedungeons.com and cannot be used in conjunction with pre-booked tickets. In order to use a discount voucher, you must join the main queue and pay for your tickets at the entrance of the attraction.

Can pregnant women use the dungeons?
Yes, however, the tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and some rides may not be suitable to use in their present condition and this will be at the discretion of the individual concerned.

E-Confirmation:
Customers need to take printed copy of your confirmation voucher with them, as this is your ticket for entry. If this is not taken you may be refused entry.

Are there lockers for customer to use?
No, all bags must accompany customers at all times due to security reasons. No bags are to be left unattended.

Can you use cameras in the dungeons?
No, you can't have any flash photography.

Are there any age restrictions?
No, as long as the child is with an adult there isn't a problem, however the Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children.

Is there parking available?
Check out the 'find us', pages on the website for your most convenient car park in relation to the dungeon you want to see.

How long does the tour last?
All Dungeons take approximately 1- 1.5 hours to complete the tour.

Can I spend the day in the dungeons and redo the rides that I liked, or is there a time limit?
Your ticket is for a tour and due to the set up of the Dungeon shows, you will not able to re-enter the Dungeon. The tour lasts approx 1- 1.5 hours.

Can I take food and drink into the Dungeon?
No food or drink can be consumed in the Dungeon.

Are there any restrictions on any of the rides?
On Extremis (London) and Drop Ride to Doom (Amsterdam) you have to be taller than 1.2 meters and it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or bad backs. Some areas have strobe lighting, but you will be warned before reaching these areas.
